Chris McKinney is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas. He has handled employment law cases in the Hill Country for more than 20 years and has tried cases to verdict in both state and federal courts in San Antonio, Austin and throughout the State of Texas.

In addition to representing clients in court, Chris McKinney is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association and is on the Board of Directors of the Texas Employment Lawyers Association. Chris has been asked to testify at the Texas Legislature on victim’s rights issues.
